Sunflower and Stone uses both Australia Post and Sendle, currently shipping Australia wide and Internationally to USA and Canada.

Orders will be dispatched within 1 - 3 days.
Australia wide delivery - Flat rate fee of $10AUD
International delivery - Flat rate fee of $40​​AUD

International orders will also be responsible for all taxes, duties and customs charged by your country.

Returns and Refunds
Refunds or exchanges will be accepted in cases where the product is defective. Prior contact must be made and photos of defective item(s) provided. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Sunflower and Stone does not offer refunds or exchanges on crystal items. We package all items with complete care to ensure they are as secure as possible, however once the items are in the hands of the shipping company we cannot guarantee their safe arrival.
